KK8 MY Terms & Conditions – Transparent and Fair Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

Welcome to kk8 my (kk8my.bet). By accessing, registering, or using any part of our platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use kk8 my's services.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (as "Member" or "User") and kk8 my (the "Platform", "We", or "Company"). This Agreement takes effect from the date you register an account or first access our platform.

This Malay version is the authoritative version and applies to all members from Malaysia. In the event of any discrepancy between this and other language versions, this Malay version shall prevail.

To register and use the services of kk8 my, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration
• A valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be on the self-exclusion list of any gambling platform
• Not legally prohibited under local law from participating in online betting activities
• Registering under your own name and identity — not as a proxy for any third party

Kk8 my reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account.

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on kk8 my at all times. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, including using another person's identity, different devices, or different IP addresses to register additional accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes:

• Full name as per identity document (MyKad/Passport)
• An active, reachable Malaysian phone number
• A valid and actively used email address
• Exact date of birth

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. kk8 my will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

3.4 Account Closure

Kk8 my reserves the right to close or suspend any account for reasons including: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, or failure to pass the KYC process. Account closure decisions are final unless a successful appeal is made through official support channels.

Withdrawals from your kk8 my account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction

Membership in kk8 my's VIP programme is based on your betting activity and is subject to separate VIP programme terms. kk8 my reserves the right to modify tiers, rewards, or programme conditions at any time with reasonable notice to members.

Sports Betting at kk8 my covers a wide range of sports and international events including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UCL), badminton (BWF World Tour), esports (MPL Malaysia), motorsports, and more. The following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except at kk8 my's sole discretion
• If a match is postponed by more than 24 hours, all bets will be voided except for markets that have already been settled
• In the event of a technical error or an obvious error in odds, kk8 my reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake
• In-play (live) bets are subject to processing time limits and may be rejected during suspension periods

7.1 Cancelled Matches

If a match is cancelled or cannot be concluded within the stipulated timeframe, all bets associated with that match will be declared void and the stake will be refunded to your account.

All casino games including Blackjack, Poker, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, slots, and live dealer games at kk8 my use certified random number generators (RNG) or feature professionally trained live dealers.

• The outcome of all games is final once a round is completed
• Technical issues during gameplay (internet disconnection, browser disruption) do not guarantee round cancellation
• Kk8 my will resolve any disputes relating to game outcomes based on the server records maintained by us
• The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools during gameplay is strictly prohibited

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs in your account. To keep your account at kk8 my:

Kk8 my's maximum liability to any member at any time is limited to the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim. kk8 my will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
